Companies with turnover less than 5.6m are exempt from Audit(expensive) unless requested by the members. In the UK there is nothing stopping you from submitting you own Accounts and Corporation Tax Forms to the Revenue and Abbreviated Accounts to Companies House providing they are in the correct format (1.3. below) Documents for Self Submission are printed in Blue

You sign a Form to allow us to deal with your Corporation Tax
We produce a Full set of Company Financial Statements (Accounts) for the Revenue
We produce an abbreviated set of Company Financial Statements for Companies House
We produce a CT600 Corporation Self Assessment Short Return and Tax Calculations
We file the documents in your workplace
We submit your returns to the Revenue by 9months after the Year End by paper or online
We submit your returns to Companies House by 10 months after the Year End by paper or online
We submit your 363 returns to Companies House on the anniversary of inception by paper (£30) or online (£15)
We deal with Revenue Snail Mail

Directors sign a Form to allow us to deal with your Personal Tax
We produce a SA100 Personal Self Assessment Returns and Tax Calculations
We file the documents in your workplace
We submit your personal returns to the Revenue by 31 January by paper or online
If you have PAYE Employees we can act for you
We run a monthly or weekly Payroll and produce payslips
Monthly Tax-NI summary due for payment by 19th following month.
Compile a Year End summary P35, P14s and P60s
We file the documents in your workplace

If you are VAT registered we can act for you
